It might be worth adding companies that assist on the SFR renter payment stub verification side. I believe Snappt and Payscore would be good additions. Also, an analytics category might be useful, where consumers go to gather data on the SFR market. Audiencetown does data for the space and would be a good place to start to look at competitors.
