Shout out to Cherre who actually understand all this!

As you may remember, we put out a market map this summer encapsulating the multifamily tenant experience. Our goal was to be rigorous; plugging into our 4000+ company database and connecting with industry experts to put together the most comprehensive map possible.

This time around, we partnered with Cherre to create a robust encapsulation of the real estate data ecosystem. From BI platforms to advisory groups, universal infrastructure to industry-specific solutions, here’s the real estate data landscape as we see it:

Over time, we will be adding and subtracting to this and I’ll probably publish it once per year with our updates. It will evolve over time and I like this format MUCH more than the ones I have seen bouncing around Twitter over the years because it starts to border on both useful and comprehensive.

Eventually, I will also incorporate feedback from the community and companies themselves to make this as accurate and actionable as possible.

For now, let this serve as an intro to where we are going and feel free to tell me which obvious companies/categories I missed.
