Last week I wrote about Red Flags in pitches. When I see them, the probability I invest in that startup goes near zero.
This week, let’s nitpick.
If those were deal-killers for me these are just problems to overcome or reasons for caution. I’ll reiterate that these are obstacles that can be overcome whereas red flags cannot. I suspect these are much more of a personal preference but maybe this is a guide for how to manipulate me into loving your startup.
So, with that caveat covered, let’s dive into some things that make me pause when I hear them about a PropTech startup.
