It’s time to rank PropTech companies again.

As I have stated before, there is no perfect way to rank companies so we are starting with their valuation until we can think of something more clever.

The list below contains the most valuable PRIVATE PropTech companies in the world . . . as far as we can tell.

Not everyone discloses their new, recession-adjusted valuations publicly. I’m betting there will be a decent amount of change in these valuations between now and the Fall Edition of this ranking.

So, this is the best info we have and I always try to confirm with founders and investors at these companies before I publish. I’m sure we missed a few things so feel free to let me know.

Also, I’m not sure what happens to companies when they get delisted from Nasdaq. Are they private then?
