Struggling with mental health? - We can help!
Farewell to Mental Health Awareness Month:
We hope everyone had a positive experience with Mental Health Awareness Month this year. Now that it has ended, we’ll remind you that we sponsor mental health hours for innovators in our space. We are constantly updating the resources on our site and are announcing a new program today:
Weekly Virtual Coworking Hour - Starting in mid-June, we will have an hour of work on a Zoom call every week. It’s a place to come together virtually, be ON CAMERA, and quietly get your work done. The hope is that by creating a space for us to get together, we can look up in the middle of our focused work and see others in the space grinding away just like we are. It should be a reminder that there are plenty of us hustling every day. If you want to be included in the invite, please respond to this email.
As a parting gift, here is a recent article that is relevant - Mastering Mental Resilience: A Guide for Founders.
