Roami (f.k.a. Sextant Stays), a hospitality startup, raised a $14M A round led by Vigo.
BrainBox AI, a Canadian smart HVAC platform, raised a CAD6.5M round from SDTC.
SmartPM, a constructions analytics provider, raised a $4.5M round from Nemetschek and Zachry.
Shifted Energy, a MF energy management platform, raised a $4.3M Seed round co-led by EPIC and Kapor.
DexMat, a renewable material developer, raised a $3M Seed round led by Shell.
Adaptis, a Canadian energy efficiency platform for buildings, raised a CAD2M Pre-seed round led by 2048.
Zityhub, a Spanish workspace reservation platform for enterprise, raised a $1.2M round.
Over-C, an Antiguan IoT management platform, raised a £1M round from Ayres.
CFEX, a platform to support enterprise-scale decarbonization, raised a Seed round led by Accruant International.
Green Fusion, a German cloud-based energy management platform, raised a round led by BitStone.
Latchel, a PMS for maintenance operations, raised funding from Allegion.
