Setpoint, a provider of infrastructure solutions for warehouse lending, raised a $43M A round led by a16z.
Plant Prefab, a modular green home builder, raised a $42M Debt and C round led by Gerdau.
CleanFiber, a startup recycling cardboard into insulation, raised a $10M round.
Pylon, an embedded mortgage infrastructure platform, raised a $8.5M Seed round led by Conversion.
Wynwood House, a Peruvian STR platform, raised a $7M Seed and Debt round co-led by FEN and Innogen.
MoveEasy, a home management and concierge service, raised a $7M A round led by Moderne.
Mezo, a resi and MF maintenance platform, raised a $6M Seed round co-led by Chicago Ventures and Building Ventures.
