H2 Green Steel, a Swedish decarbonized steel maker, raised a €70M B round extension co-led by AMF, GIC and Schaeffler.
Landis, a resi rental startup that helps renters get mortgages, raised a $40M B round led by GV.
Volpi, a Brazil-based resi financing platform, raised a $30M round from RBR.
GlobalFair, a construction materials procurement platform, raised a $20M Debt and A round led by Lightspeed.
Breezeway, a vacation rental cleaning & management platform, raised a $15M B round led by Catalyst
Safely, a provider of STR insurance and guest screening, raised a $12M Venture and Debt round led by LAGOS.
Parity, a Canadian MF HVAC management platform, raised a $5.7M round co-led by Wyse Meter and RET.
PropertyScout, a Thai resi transaction platform, raised a $5M A round led by Altara.
Perch, a Canadian data-driven resi brokerage, raised a $4M A round.
Aryeo, an RE photography and marketing platform, raised a $3.5M Seed round led by Hyperplane.
Pinktada, a blockchain-enabled hotel reservation platform, raised a $975K Seed round.
