$10M was the median round size, and $67.6M was the average.
Top 3 recurring investment stages: 26 seed rounds, 21 A rounds, 14 B rounds.
Series C rounds led in dollars raised (approx. $2B).
Residential had the most number of deals - 34, and the highest total raised - $2.1B.
Construction had the second-highest total raised - $711M across 24 deals.
Multifamily saw $672M raised across 30 deals (the second-highest total deals).
