Why the world needs another newsletter
I know your inbox if full and you have too many things to read in a week.
My hope is that this newsletter is one that you look forward to reading because it offers something that you can’t find anywhere else.
I try to give insightful looks behind the scenes in the world of real estate technology.
I talk about the funds in the space, interesting financings, trends, international deals, emerging technologies, and a few random thoughts.
For some of you, this will be your first introduction to the intersection of property and technology. For others, you’ve followed it for years.
For the newcomers, this should be a good primer for what is happening in the industry. I hope it gives you tools and tricks to make you better at your day job and maybe even a savvy user of property technology.
For us veterans, I hope this gives you some clarity amidst all the noise. There are plenty of talented marketing teams and let’s call them “benders of the truth.” How do you know what is hype and what is real? I hope this newsletter helps with that.
I’ll send it out every Friday (more or less) and I’m always open to feedback. I’ll try to keep it brief, but informative. Informal, but impactful.
