A Little (Quick) Help
Know anyone in PropTech who is struggling? We can help this week!
Yesterday, we talked about the importance of taking care of yourself.
Now, let’s take care of some other people.
We put together several thousand dollars to help support our PropTech brothers and sisters who are struggling financially. There have been mass layoffs all over the place and some people don’t know how they’ll pay their bills.
We want to help with that.
As I mentioned in the article about mental health, the health of the PropTech ecosystem is right in the wheelhouse of FIRE and our people are a HUGE part of that equation.
Everyone has down times and hits financial speed bumps. If FIRE can lessen the damage of those little hiccups, we will.
So, if you know of someone who is struggling and could use a little financial boost, respond to this email by NO LATER THAT THURSDAY at the end of the day. We’ll review all the submissions on Friday and pick some people that we can help.
A few rules:
You can't nominate yourself
Gifts will be anonymous (no currying favor with your boss or a client with our money, please!)
Has to be someone in PropTech
That's it.
Submissions are due by end of day Thursday! So send people my way ASAP and make sure you send me their contact info so that I have a way to reach out to them if we select them.
